At Kicks & Couture, we strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the services provided. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Service-Based Policy
Since our services are primarily consultation and appointment-based, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a partial fee or may not be refunded depending on the service.

3. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved (exceptional cases), it will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Rescheduling

  • Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than request a refund.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of the selected staff member and service.

5. Changes by Multistate NP, LLC

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and given the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
